How I think Transcendent can be done:

• Standard 4F hero and Dragolite: 1x Mythic+ fodder hero
• Celestial and Hypogean: 2x Epic+ copy
• Awakened and Highborn heroes: 1x Legendary+ copy

Take a 5-star Ascended hero and provide the ascension materials.

By design, heroes that are hard to ascend will only get a tiny upgrade so it's safe to skip but for old heroes, this will be a huge power boost.

It could unlock Transcendental Skills. They're generally optional. BUT... older heroes will get a huge glow-up. Level 4 ultimate.

• OG Belinda: After casting Blessing, Belinda's ultimate now ignores Magic Resist and Defense.
• OG Shemira: Ultimate now deals percentage of max HP as damage, can't exceed a value determined by Attack Ratings. Any excess health absorbed is distributed evenly to allies.
• Saurus: While Phase Form is active, his abilities are greatly enhanced. War Strike permanently lowers enemy's Defense Ratings by 3%, can be stacked 15 times. Burst Strikes now ignore Defense Ratings. Relentless stacks cannot be lost.
• Alaro: Ultimate now ignores Defense, Physical Resist, and damage immunities.
• Isabella: Each consecutive hit reduces effective Defense Rating by 5%, with the final hit ignoring 35% of DEF.

For newer, stronger heroes, it'd be a marginal upgrade, like just +5% damage and that is all.
