Not a priority imo since Jerome’s potential comes from his SI but it’s a nice combo to be paired up with rem. I’d suggest investing in Ivan too and two solid frontlines and you’re in ch35 in the blink of an eye

But for general use, you wont need either.

I recommend you put her with AWK-solice and Talent, she also has an increase of haste I presume to help speed up the process.
