I am not having a great time with customer service right now.
For context, a while ago, I posted some screenshots showing missing visuals in a battle (i.e. Ivan's shield not appearing around an ally, ice not appearing around enemies Geralt had froze), but instead of confirmation that this would be reported, CS tells me to send a video as they "can't pinpoint the problem".
So I send the video, then they tell me to describe the combat capabilities of my heroes (since Ivan shields the ally with the highest normal attack or whatever) even though I SPECIFICALLY SAID in my previous report that GERALT was the target.
Then I got a DM set up with CS, and even though I explained everything regarding Ivan's shield not appearing and sent them the screenshots and video to share with the devs, CS told me to send ANOTHER VIDEO, stating the following:
"Some times are display issue, we suggest you can try it again to check the issue is still here."
I am losing my freaking MIND right now, like WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT?!

Hey I’m going to be very straightforward with you, they are not fixing any bugs. The same recurring bugs have been in the game for years and have been reported countless times, yet have never been fixed. They don’t really care all that much about trivial bugs that do not break the entire game. You’re better off ignoring it, most of the time you skip battles or never see them anyways. It’s not worth your energy to try and argue with CS, if you want you can report it in this discord server in #bug-reports and leave it at that.
