For a quick timeline, I downloaded this game onto my phone and deleted it from my tablet (since it was taking up space on my tablet), but I started noticing the audio issues as I was playing on my phone.

I tried deleting the game and redownloading it like how customer service told me, but the problems still persisted.

Then I transferred the game back to my tablet after clearing out some other games, and now I'm having audio issues on my tablet as well.

Why should I restart?

There's a few simple reasons as to restarting, listed below.

1. You're most likely heavily behind on the current server you're on. This will result in severe disadvantages in all PvP aspects.
2. Restarting will mean you can start playing the game again from a starting point, rather than being thrown into the middle of nowhere.
3. Early game now is much easier than it once was, so you'll be able to get to chapter 31 in about a week or two playing optimally.

You may not want to restart and that's fine, but if you're on an old server with a bad account all PvP will be dead to you and you'll be stuck with just PvE (Campaign and Tower). Some people like this, if so I don't recommend restarting :)
One exception however is if you're pre chapter 30 and an old account, restarting has no disadvantages there.

Journey has many more competitors in the same space, many which started years ahead and with avid fanbases.

Lilith is probably just expanding, and not replacing AA, which is their cash cow.
