so it's basically scaling damage for him

he has multiple skills that stacks Wood Protection

can stack up to 6 times, skill 2

skill 4 just straight up stacks 3 whenever it's used

and looks like skill 3 will stacks it by 1 whenever used

but his ult is the main show

since he stacks so much IS, it makes enemies inside a beast cage super vulnerable to ur team

He has mid damage but 60 insite is amazing to keep enemies stunned and unable to ult

Why should I restart?

There's a few simple reasons as to restarting, listed below.

1. You're most likely heavily behind on the current server you're on. This will result in severe disadvantages in all PvP aspects.
2. Restarting will mean you can start playing the game again from a starting point, rather than being thrown into the middle of nowhere.
3. Early game now is much easier than it once was, so you'll be able to get to chapter 31 in about a week or two playing optimally.

You may not want to restart and that's fine, but if you're on an old server with a bad account all PvP will be dead to you and you'll be stuck with just PvE (Campaign and Tower). Some people like this, if so I don't recommend restarting :)
One exception however is if you're pre chapter 30 and an old account, restarting has no disadvantages there.
