Yes, Lucius is a must build hero. He provides excellent aoe as well as single target damage. Personally I would pair him with meta heroes such as lavatune, Walker, or even Ulmus. He is a unit that is to be 30960 right away, if possible 5036100. I studied his furn and at 9 furn he provides himself with a nice buffer as well as insight. It took me the last several hours to study and master this unit. He will be great in various game modes and will be a must build. He will be a great addition to any roster and is scientifically proven to be fool proof. You may not understand this now but with more knowledge and studying you perhaps will. Overall Lucius is a great unit and will be meta for years to come.
