Those kinda things have very very little impact at endgame. It’s something that benefits early-late gamers disproportionally more.

The engraving reset, while you can argue is similar but is not, has a lot more value. Letting us endgamers reset heroes who otherwise couldn’t be swapped, aka Dimensionals or “weak” wokes. I think it’s a more fair thing to give out, over new swap scrolls. Early-late gamers usually have 1 out dated or mistaken engraved hero they can also gain benefit from resetting. So everyone wins.
