As a group we will go through the roster of heroes and 1 by 1 pick a hero that will only be allowed to be used by the player that drafted that hero, once a hero is drafted no other player may draft that hero

Some rules are up to determination of thr group, such as allowing bans, denying certain factions such as dimensionals or awakaneds, or otherwise
Completion is up to determination of the group, some possible examples being a certain RC level, a certain Campaign Stage, A certain Tower Stage, Having all 4 faction towers to a certain point, the first to a fully maxed hero, or otherwise

So I think their "probabilities" are based on individual draws. Like a draw with 5 Rare, 3 Elite, and 1 Awakened is considered 1/1/1 for the purpose of their stats

U don't + even if u did, you'd probably wanna restart it

Why should I restart?

There's a few simple reasons as to restarting, listed below.

1. You're most likely heavily behind on the current server you're on. This will result in severe disadvantages in all PvP aspects.
2. Restarting will mean you can start playing the game again from a starting point, rather than being thrown into the middle of nowhere.
3. Early game now is much easier than it once was, so you'll be able to get to chapter 31 in about a week or two playing optimally.

You may not want to restart and that's fine, but if you're on an old server with a bad account all PvP will be dead to you and you'll be stuck with just PvE (Campaign and Tower). Some people like this, if so I don't recommend restarting :)
One exception however is if you're pre chapter 30 and an old account, restarting has no disadvantages there.
