You can garrison rem to get through early game regardless and you get 4 grits and a swap, so you have bad luck protection too

You also get a number of hero choice chests

So yeah there is no unplayable start due to rng.

The only one that make the acc unplayable would be you. And then you just learn from it, wait until next server drops, and restart.
