imo twins nor lucretia are very good as starter celestial or hypogeans as they require ALOT of investment to be good. i recommend going to someone like alna

but alot of the hypogeons will work at Elite ish
if your in need of a dps i recommend someone like liberta and lucilla. all tho they take a good amount of resources and investment but their great once raised
