when abilities say "enemies lose health" then that ability does health loss damage

it is unaffected by defense, physical resist, or magic resist

but it can't kill enemies, it'll leave them at 1 HP

Athalia bleed is health loss, that's why when you face campaign athalia at high deficit your whole team can be 1 HP but not dying
