This description is self explanatory. This key allows you to fuse Dimensionals to Non-Dimensional heroes and have them be the same tier as them. At the same time, you can use them like that, in multi team stages or just singles or whatever but can't really use the other hero that you fused them with if you used THEM instead in the first place.
