Jerome kinda similar to Palmer, they both need time to maximize their skills (buffing up the team to maximum), sok keeping him alive is necessary. To me it looks like especially good for single opponents (bosses, etc.), especially with Raine (both have debuff for damage increase, which probably stacks nicely), but there are still better alternatives.
