You want to minimize the number of towers you have, so that you don't dilute the pool for random workshop upgrades

You'd rather funnel the random workshop upgrades into a select few towers than distribute them like that

It's too late to undo since you can't get rid of towers but something to keep in mind for next time

Flowers don't stack so building lots of them is pointless

It's not a huge deal if u messed it up. As the event goes on you'll eventually max out all your towers. Then if you're nice you build purple stones to help attackers hit your resource buildings
