They have actually done 2 resets, and 2 swaps. The original swap was the scroll everyone still gets. The 2nd was the recent event (which all new accounts get 1 swap a month for a few months, as an equivalent.)

The resets where for Engraving. I’m surprised they ever did a 2nd one. It will probably never happen again.

That was the recent swap event. It actually has nothing to do with awakeneds. It was just a nice gift from Lilith. I think we will see one every year around the same time with the same rules. All heroes available, as long as they are that year or prior.
