scenario 1: you are a old player and have him (you have most of si30 so you can invest in his si30)
scenario 2: you are a new whale player, get him and you go for his si30
scenario 3: you are a new f2p player, you will get merlin much much slower because of the new dims that will come out and by the time you will have a a5 merlin you probably will be able to si30 him

I assume there's 1 dps in most of merlin comps. so that's a 1/4 chance of getting it right prior to sig30
