Best use of dew is to up the stat that makes celestialwing useful. Maxing out the first skill brings the CDA up to 13.3

So No difference in Building celest

However 1500x12 is 18k diamonds which is at the very least 1 dim Soul even disregarding milestones

And that does make a difference

Consider a new player, without an Ascended celestwing. A single dim soul does not outweigh a celestwing copy, especially pre ascendant.
I would say it makes a difference for celest most definitely.

10 SG/W * 52 W = 520 cards which is 8, 9 copies of lucky. So if we are looking for 14 copies for an a0 we need to wait -----> 84 weeks, which equates to average number of cards needed if we are assuming pity each time with pity at 60 pulls.

personally I'd put lyca down to medium +30
mira and crassio up to medium +30

and gwyneth to optional +30 (maybe even walker if we had some data on him lol)

aside from that I'd overall agree

pippa and eironn are also good optional +20s
silas/raku/skriath show promise for optional +30s
lucretia is wild even on a0 +30 (shown by iTynacity lately)

It’s hard to get top 10/30 dr in any active region without lycas si30 tbh it really gets you a lot of dmg

And I completely agree with you on those si campaign wise but I wanted it to be more PvP/DR oriented (and you don’t need walkers si30 for dr 😂, it doesn’t get you that much, stats from a0->a5 is the key point for him, si20/21 is enough just for the stats)

And lyca si30 is often that rng/key factor in arena matchups

might be the case, my f2p hits top 3-4 easily without lyca, but o well im spoiled with marci, sjw, trish

so its not really hard to find something - even if they have better build squats attacker rng is like pretty much on my side with better positioning

and i guess only breed up to +1 level

so lvl 4 and lvl 5
or lvl 4 and lvl 4

feels like lvl 6 and lvl 4 doesnt work aswell as lvl 7 and lvl 4

is based on my attempts and feeling not on solid proof

if anyone did a t7 + t4 == t8

or like t6 + t4 == t7

feel free to show would be intresting

believe i got my only t7 from t5 + t4 == levelskip
and had plenty t4 + t4 == t6 (with my f2p acc in mind)
