btw its easy if theres only 2 guilds in alliance you can split your leagues into two, then one gets the city and the other the tree. Then vice versa, next season the other one gets city, etc.

The only hard part is when theres 3-4 'official' alliance where you need to split into two leagues with 2 guilds in each.
Basically the 2 guilds in each league will rotate in getting the oath.

What does bossing mean and are they good early game?

They are needed in gamemodes such as Dream Realm and Guild Boss as you are fighting a singular enemy and trying to min max the amount of dmg you can do.

They are what as known as a one copy wonder. You need their basic abilities just so they can buff up your team in those boss gamemodes. But one copy of the hero is enough to get you by for a long long time. If you want to be pushing stages (what i assume you need to do) Talene/Audrea are more useful.

Everyone has to decide for themselves. Classic has significantly more content, more theoretical crafting, min-maxing, etc., which can be overwhelming for new players. Companions, way less content, more beginner-friendly/casual more co-op content. In general, in my opinion, Classic is the "better" game, but it has declined in recent years, or rather, there's too much P2W content now. If you're looking for a game where you can invest more time, then definitely go for Classic.

classic has already 10x more content, way more players, people quit companions cuz you get really fast to the point where you just doing your dailies/like 5min a day and log off. classic was peak till like 2-3 years ago, when they added some questionable content, and a lot of people quit. ghoulish gallery etc..

But be aware that in classic you have to pay a lot more attention to what you're doing. If you mismanage your resources you can easily destroy your account and very few (casual) players want to look at spreadsheets or something similar.

At some point, you'll reach the point where you cant progress anymore. If you've done everything else, events, etc., you have no choice but to wait for the daily reset. Dust is the problem at first, later its exp. Typical gacha endgame loop 🙂 there will be always some bottleneck items
