No. Placing is based on who damages the boss the most (if no one reduces boss HP to 0), who reduces boss HP to 0 first (second, third, etc.). I'm not sure how the boss teams are handled for the purposes of guild placing.

HP, atk, and def % gains seem like a lot. 24% > 37%, 21% > 34%, 21% to 34% respectively.

I had no idea that Celestials, Hypogeans, Dimensionals and Awakened heroes' SIs can all go to 40.
