I'm sure there's overlap in when someone gets asol whether they buy pet scrolls and got lucky in tavern pulls or if they got unlucky from tavern pulls while spending every diamond on it.

You can do what you want, there isnt an official correct opinion on wishlist and heroes and wont be for quite awhile no matter what is currently claimed by someone. However common opinion is that thesku and antandra are prob the best maulers. Personally I've found skreg being pretty good aswell yet as you can see from the wl he's at the very very very bottom. Realistically we wont know what heroes truly hold up until people progress into higher deficit chapters and bad heroes fall off even if ascended.

Once you ascend 5 wilders and get to ch23 you can claim a free awakened solise from the library which starts at ascended. Every wilder you ascend after that adds a star to asol. Seems it will be the same for every faction, so atalene was just added so you're gonna need to ascend 5 celestials to get her and then more for the stars. It also just occured to me while typing this that we have to ascend fucking 10 celestial heroes to get atalene's 9f e60 abilities.

5 was already ridiculous but 10 is just impossible

yea same would go for every woke, you'd have to ascend 10 heroes from each faction to get the 5 stars required for divinity

But imo, i dont think they will. Currently, Colls are one of the biggest rng mechanisms in the game which whales really spend on

The ability aspect of trying to get good stats on them and it being RNG heavy was combined with pets. They however threw out the good part of collections (being the abilities that were actually useful)
