They dropped dragons right before the rate increase update KNOWING that they were about to increase the rates of everything. 1. Level that mythic hero to 120.
2. Swap them with an E in crystal (that E is now 120)
3. Swap the mythic with someone else at top that is 100
4. Repeat 1-3

You can walk one ascended hero all the way up to 240 rc if you have enough dust. Zero reason to ascend others for level cap alone

The faq is cool. I would stress out the rich rewards you get daily, 10 scrolls, many diamonds from arena, afk chests every 8 hours with up to 10 scrolls or random E, etc

When you get stuck try using her and sometimes she just makes it an easy win

But I find she is pretty good in the 2 team boss battles a lot of the time

@tribal dove should probably take it over here so we don't annoy people in #classic-questions . But yea its pretty different. There's a lot of the same stuff but the biggest most obvious difference is the buddy system with essentially infinite mercing for campaign. If you can find someone that is willing to carry you can trivialize so much of that. Alternatively you can find a more permanent buddy and kind of fill the others gaps initially while still developing your rosters

there's also the more obvious difference of way way less heroes then before making unusual ones far more important

outside of campaign you can't merc at all so your on your own. But there's some key differences as well everywhere. TWo of the biggest are pets (available from beginning and super different but interesting) and RC (no cooldown, no slots, no resetting people, just swap on and off the top and everyone else is at reso)

Later on investments change too. There's still signature items but I'm pretty sure there's no furn or engraving. Adding stars gives people abilities they wouldve gotten from furn and engraving in classic. Well eventually, most don't have their "divine" ability available yet (which is what does that)

yes. you ascend them and they get stats that are randomly selected from options

which is unfortunate. No one in here totally knows how they work yet cause no one has gotten to the top that I've seen. But it appears they are kind of like colls in that regard. The set of stat options is more limited which is good. But on the other hand it takes way longer to make an ascended pet then it does to make a coll so if they can get stuck with shit stats at that point that wouldn't be great

actually @zenith haven might have an ascended pet now. do you? and if so how do they work? are they stuck with whatever stats they roll?
