Also this bug scammed me for 11k diamonds, when I upgraded talent from legendary to myth. I had 246 dews, bug in ui showed upgrade cost 240. I upgraded. But actually it costed 320 dews. It didn't prompt me to spend diamonds and upgraded immediately after I pushed upgrade button. And silently withdrawn 11k diamonds 🤡 I reported the bug in Vip chat in facebook and asked to rollback this operation (return diamonds and dews, downgrade the talent). They confirmed the bug but asked for screenshots, cause I didn't provide ones then. Okay, I catched this shit again and sent them these screens + even recorded a video, showing that talent cost reduced (only in ui but actually on server side it still cost 320). Do you know what they answered? "We don't see anything wrong, you have not enough dews and it prompts you to spend diamonds", cause at the moment I catched bug again I had ~100 dews 🤡 🤡 🤡 Ignoring the fact I told them I had 246 dews before and at buggy cost of 240 it DIDN'T prompt. I have no reason wasting 11k on this lol.
I repeat, they told me they confirmed the issue before.

So don't make same mistake - if you lose diamonds because of this, they will deny the bug (even if they confirm it in same chat earlier LOL) and never return you diamonds for this. Even if you wasn't prompted in game that you haven't actually enough dews and X diamonds needed. If you push and it behaves like you have enough. And then see you lose tons of diamonds.
I'm lucky to lose only 11k cause I gain them fast. But these guys won't return you even 10 diamonds cause of their own bug lol.

And I noticed that AFTER I lost 11k, I didn't even knew it had actually higher cost. So this is not even abuse trying or smth, I saw I have enough dews in ui and pushed the button

What keeps me from dropping this is 1.5 years of progress and friends

p.s. the screen from video I sent later where "everything is ok you were shown the prompt". Now let's calculate the cost. It shows 17k diamonds. 1 dew costs 150 diamonds. So the window shows me exact price for 117 dews. 123 I have + 117 = 240. BUT. The actual cost is 320, so it should show me I need to spend 29550 diamonds. And if I buy, IT WILL withdraw 29k, but UI show 17.

If UI shows lower price that it actually is, this is definitely not my problem, UI always must show actual correct price.

• This is NOT OK when I should doubt about what the game says and remember the numbers that I don't really need to remember.
• This is OK when I can rely on what UI shows me.

The summary: this is the same talent of the same pet and it both red. Yesterday it showed 240 cost, today it shows 320.
If you have > 240 and < 320 dews - so when it shows 320 price it prompts to spend diamonds. If UI shows 240: it silently upgrades and withdraws diamonds.

And worse, I lost diamonds because of it: UI thinks I have enough dews (246/240, but actually it's 320) and doesn't prompt for paying diamonds, cause I haven't enough. It behaves like usual if I really had enough dews. But it silently withdraw diamonds that are needed to pay for real price.
But what got me mad is support. Belinda talked to devs. They confirmed the bug and she told me so. But after - she pretended there's no bug and looked like she skipped everything I told before.

Ah, forgot, one of her arguments was: "hmm seems it really behave so, BUT OTHER PLAYERS DIDN'T REPORT THAT" 🙂

If you are on a new server and have the dracula in newbie then save until you get the free copy there will be a destiny summons with dimensional spirits and spend the gems on that (dimensional spirits are used to upgrade dimensional heroes and dracula is one of them you need 23 spirits for ascended 5 star (A5))

Even on other servers the dimensional spirits are best thing to spend the gems on

And then buying red chests that you unlock at 23-1
