i misread her skill
it's seem like each time her enter scarlet overload things ( when her charlice full 100% )
all ally increase 25% dmg , 25% dmg % HP , 10% HP and these stack up to 200% increase until the end of the battle
due to 2 life leech = 5% dmg with her SI 1 interaction
