If you check the reddit guides finder pinned in #companions-questions you can use the tierlist that is linked there still. The top rated Wilders there should be enough for early climbing.

I would suggest replacing:
Lightbearers: Gwyneth for Scarlett
Gwyneth can work well just at a1 and SI20 while Scarlett will need a5 SI30 to work. Scarlett is better but alot of extra investment while Gwyneth will start helping you quicker.

Mauler: Golus for Salaki
Golus is a fodder hero. Salaki is one of the best buffer supports.
Tidus for Skregg
Skregg is a very useful tank that can throw an enemy hero up into the air for a substantial time and has a fantastic cc ult. He is part of mauler rush.
Thesku for Skraith
Skraith is currently the premier dps for maulers and used with them or Belinda in almost all modes.

Wilders: Eironn for Trish
Trish is the best character in the game.
Nemora for Nevanthi <- she is the better healer period. Super useful with aSol

Graveborn: Isabella for Mira
Mira is the best GB and had a cheat death.
Fearel for Silas
Use useful support

Mobilizing the teams out of the fight to get easy wins. Dropped all deputies.
