yeah it's pretty inconsequential, you're slowed down a bit but since it usually happens early in the grand scheme of things it isn't impactful at all, it really is just the honour ceremony whatever they call it, so a couple thousand crystals and a few diamonds/leaves/crap rewards

Mhmm it can be pretty harmful then especially with getting the later relics for hero lvl, since gem production changes from being sizeably due to new city captures to your passive production doing almost all of the work, pretty punishing then, dunno why you'd even bother honestly, if you hadn't done it until a stage where it sucks to do the only reason you are is for the border and a disregard for anything else lol

yeah exactly, the frames, the rewards aren't really standout without oath imho, ik that there's a scarcity of leaves so 40 isn't anything to scoff at, but in terms of what you get out of them it doesn't feel like the end all be all, definitely still think it's worth getting if you have a chance but also don't know how many players are able to get into a winning league at that stage either, which is kinda the only time the swap is worth it 🤷

yeah, fair enough, ig I'm kinda stuck on the idea of when it becomes clear one league is going to occupy one/both of the goals how close it is to end and how feasible it is to get into a league which got to that stage, which are all different from season to season anyway so it doesn't matter. I swapped straight away last season and it was super worth, was just glad I did it early and know we didn't take in players past the midpoint really. You're right about all the benefits of being in a strong/winning league obvs it's night and day compared to a smaller pushed out of center league and 100% worth going for as best you can

i am only doing it cos we have an alliance and are actively gathering people beforehand otherwise it would be a massive gamble and too uncertain if a league is actually winning

Yeah super fair, still completely agree changing early is 100% worth if it's even a somewhat better option regardless of the gamble, we're in a similar situation now where we're rebuilding our previously winning league, which now has a sub league apparently, from the merging of the two who fought for center after the expedition expanded. Changing at some stage feels like it's almost always worth it, just think it's much better to do earlier rather than later as you suffer much less impactful penalties, as well as it being easier to do so

If it's not t1/t2 stones then I mostly base it off the tierlist for who gets what.
