both are melee, both are carry types - sure if you want to see cha as supportive/utility for bossmarking and such u can take her at like mythic +20 (for guild hunt/dream realm) - but she kinda needs like a thane does a5 and she really really wants that team buffing +20

-> with jinwoo the thing is you have a diver, like idk where do you draw the line for crassio, for athalia and such?

obviously the more the merrier - its easier to say for tanks and utility supports

because carries are ressource hungry and want to get maxed out @weak blaze

like would you draw a line for trishea and say a3 +20 is good enough, no more?

his a5 is very nieche based on his levelups which he only gets from killing and over time

but that is his whole gimmick that he is a ticking/snowballing timebomb - so I'd say jinwoo is a5 +30

cha is mythic +20 /// or a5 +30 (atleast +20)

and if you dont have enough ressources for mythic +20 cha, then she is a skip imo

like she doesn't increase jinwoos value directly
she only does it indirectly because matching them gives her buffs, but buffs on her a pretty useless unless she is stacked
