Put 5 blues in your ascension crystal and level those up which will raise the level of the rest of your heroes

Wait until you get a minimum of 8 copies of a character but preferably 10 for some of them to ascend them according to the tier list

Use all faction scrolls on wilders until you have 5 ascended wilders and unlock solise

Once you ascend a hero with 4 skills after getting their duplicates you can put them in your resonance crystal

And in less than 2 weeks we have an event coming up for limited banner heroes that you should save all your gems and destiny scrolls for

The reason why it's a tough decision is because scamgazers are very hard to come by and you do get useful materials from them

I wonder what the math is only Golden isles souls versus how expensive it would be from the arena shop if you compared emblem value to the dims/scrolls
