but as soon as you get him to 301/320 you should be able to go atleast to 36-4
after 36-4 you probably need everyone on 320 to push a bit further
and well since 4th team starts weak and gradually becomes as strong as the other teams as soon as you have everyone on 321 or even slightly higher you'll be fine
