The elephant in the room: Should you pick Arthur Shards? I will say not, the event will be a recurring one, but would need to happen 4 times, 4 months into the Future Arthur might not even be impactful, if you are a hero collector and are willing to take a leap of faith, then go ahead
What about Dim Spirits? If you get 600 stones you can at most exchange 2 Dim Spirits, so if you are missing 2 spirits to reach Shalltear A3, Albedo A3, Albedo M or going from M+ to A on a dimensional, then sure
Emblems rates are not as good as the Firefly Dew event, therefore I recommend going for Silvers and Gold Emblems instead while getting Red emblems from Diamond shop as you should be doing already

TL;DR : Dim Spirits if they reach an important Divinity/Ascension, else Silver and Gold emblems
