so even if you do a high power league leagues with many active people have chances by attacking from both sides and taking stuff that is underdefended

prob wont be able to steal the lvl 10 stuff atm but very likely that you cannot hold everything

so even stronger if you cross team with some leagues and give/let them take "free" lvl 9 stuff in your area for more protection and puffer zones
