This workaround will have problems. I don't understand why so much devs still using autoincrement numbers instead of uuids. Use uuid as internal identifier, and can use some secondary id to show in clent. Like username - it's mostly serves like additional identification

Uuid is almost always unique, so u dont have such scalability problems

classic arena has global guild joinings. this is a problem inherited from journey, the same with different server timeline stuff.
i think they would have to rewrite a large chunk of the game, and redesign the way servers work
