Just look at the teams of toppers, watch combos that deal most damage, read that heroes skills and explore why they do such damage. Also study buffers to understand in which cases they fit the most, because there's boss in DR where energy fillers won't work, and there's boss where attributes like attack buff won't work and etc.

No universal guide at all. Only separate basic things as pushing Tane/Belinda to 5* +20 as mvp heroes almost at every boss

I was asking because I noticed that you can increase your DMG by a huge amount by just swapping some characters to different teams
I used the same heroes but swapped them into different teams a bit and got +25% DMG out of it, so I'm sure I can still get a bunch of DMG out of my comp but just don't know the best combination
