nor it would have the DUO, since there is literally no interaction with duos

which is another fail imho. If you implement a DUO system, make the rankings as an actual DUO, just like in Alliance.

3. 2 bracket distance (can become a VAST punishment as implemented right now)

Now, the one factor that multiplies the effect of the 1, 2 & 3 combined is the arena mechanic (win = replace rank)

---> last minute HUGE volatility combined with aforementioned 1, 2 & 3

So, even while the rewards were maybe calculated to be "bigger" by combining 2 players, that is NOT REALISTIC due to all factors above, which will skim the actual rewards.
