Each of them about to earn
55k + 50k coins
6500 + 5600 diamonds
5 + 4 scrolls

Now, on last minute/second, the rank 2 guy gets sniped down to 11th position (+2 brakets). Now,

Top 1 gets
55k + 41k coins
6500 + 4300 diamonds
5 + 3 DS

But the guy who got sniped with no literal chance to recover back the position gets:
0 + 41k coins
0 + 4300 diamonds
0 + 3 DS

And, as a reference, a top 30 guy (bracket in which 11th would classify), on previous model would earn:
65k coins
6600 diamonds
3 DS

So, the net loss for that guy who got sniped, is literally worth a whole WEEK of the old system rewards. That is SIMPLY INSANE (-64k coins, -7800 diamonds, -6 DS)

This situation can, and most likely will, be suffered by 50% of the player base.

In other words, each and every low member of each duo is prone to suffer this EASY to happen scenario.
