the Equipment Attributes don't get a 30% boost from T1 onwards and upgrading the staff doesn't boost the 'MP' stat so it showing 0% is correct

it only get's 1,5% boost at mythic because 5% + 30% = 1,5%, after upgrading to T1 it's just 8% MP without any upgrades on the way from 0* item to 5* item
