Hello, I just wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the new arena and hope that you will address some of the issues or make changes.
1st point: The arena has become 13 times harder, and the rewards have been nerfed? What’s going on?
2nd point: A weekly calculation only is a very bad idea. Someone can snipe another player in the last minute, even if they’ve defended their rank the entire week—it just feels unfair. Instead, consider a daily calculation, like in the old arena, or calculate the rank daily and accumulate rewards based on each day’s rank. That way, getting sniped at the end of the day won’t be as frustrating.
3rd point: Why did you remove the 12:00 UTC calculations? Now, many European and other players can’t really compete for the reset calculation because the 24:00 UTC one happens at 2:00 AM where I live.
4th point: The whole system would be better if it were based on points (MMR). Players should gain points when they successfully defeat someone and lose points when they are defeated.

you really shouldn't tbh, 1 arena coin is 0,1 dia, so you get 180 dia (with deluxe card) / 150 dia without for spending 200 dia on refresh.
But sometimes it makes sense if you missing a few coins to buy something before the shop refreshes

Either adjust the difficulty to be more balanced or increase the rewards to match the increased challenge. Players should feel that their effort is properly rewarded.
Solutions:

Create a double ranking system, sepparetely for each weekly scenario (say frost / arena this week)

Previously there were a grand total of 130 players claiming top 5 rewards (26x5)
Now, there will be 1 top 1 (from 26) and 5 top 5 (down from 130)
Even more importantly, more than 50% of those previous top 5 players will fall statistically below top 65 and down to 130th in the worst case scenario.
Solution 2 and 3, each individually in chunks of 2 servers would get numbers back to a reality closer to the older rewards
Adding both would be GREAT for rewards and playability in terms of time zones.

another 5 will be top 10, earning 90k (another 4%)
Other 20 players will be top 20, earning 82k (16% approx)
So, 8% the players will earn more
20% will earn equayl
72% the players will earn less.
numbers done mentally, but shouldn't be off by much
30 players will be on top 200 (101 to 130), earning 66k
50 players will be on top 100, earning 76k
and another 20 players will be on top 50, earning 76k
so...
The previous 26 x Top 5 players, will crown the top 130 in the new system, hence:
0.6% the players (top 1) will earn 24k more
3% the players (top 5)will earn 19k more
4% (top 10) the players will earn 9k more
20% (top 30) the players will remain the same
15% (top 50) the players will lose 5k
35% (top 100) the players will earn 11k less
25% (top 200) the players will earn 15k less
well, my mental calculations were not so bad
And, in fact all those numbers are prone to be 1 rank lower in 50% of the calculations.
Why? Because due to scarce of ranks and excess of contenders, the chance of having 2x the same rank rewards is lower and the calculations I did was expecting 2x the same rank within the DUO, but that is, once again, highly unlikely on the higher brackets of the arena.

If you take that to a wider scenario, top 50 players from old server system will equal to 26x50 = 1300 players in the new system.
Which means, roughly that a player who would normaly place 31 to 50 previously, can fall down as deep as rank 1300 in the new system, not even qualifying into TOP, but on the % ones.

Rebirth is to give the same chance to someone who never played Classic and quits companions for some time and want to get back into it
