you could argue for something like a ferael/silas comp as a budget version, but it wont permastun

You can only attack players on 100 or 150 points bracket

The bigger the difference the lower the points obtained

You have fixed attempts daily as right now

You also lose or win points on incoming battles

Ranks decided last day based on those points

Straight forward, easy to follow and less prone to last minute bullshit

Current system was bad, but you could at least chose the timezone that best adjust to your schedule and also failure would be 1/7 of the week

On new system, 7 days depend of the last minute of two different guys (the duo)

If people get mad for losing their rank last minute on a daily basis, imagine losing their rank after 7 days wet dreaming for it

So, I take was that, even rewards are lower individually they are higher as combined with duo.

Then added in top of that the possibility of 2 servers combined, hence 2x the competition and potentially lower rank

BUT

In fact competition is x4

2 servers X2 arenas each, now combined in 1

So the previous top30 of server 1 and 2, Sol and Luna, will become top 120 combined of new arena region 1

And a previous top 50 can potentially equal to a top 200
