I guess it refers to a tier list? That's probably outdated, why wouldn't you ascend a hero if you have lots of copies of it and no one else to spend fodders on? What matters more is not to invest mats in their Signature Item if they're subpar

There's a popularity tab in the hero screen now, also look at the formations ppl use to beat campaign stages, it'll give you a good idea of what the good heroes are

I remember reading a guide saying to prioritize Grave born first, but that's totally BS for companion, you want to have enough ascended wilders asap to unlock Solise

Yeah Sonja is awesome, she was my best hero for a very long time, really carried me through the campaign and I only got her 5th star a few weeks ago

Morrow Idk, no stars yet and low gear, I don't think I ever saw someone else use him even in the LB tower but that doesn't mean he can't be good, ppl tend to use their knowledge from classic to disregard heroes that could work well in companion I think

In the campaign progression, I mean

Skriath great for CC and dmg, paired with Belinda he can enable her to do crazy scores on some bosses, Salaki very good to keep ppl alive, Brutus one of the best staller that doesn't require heavy investment, Thesku good DPS but not as flimsy as your standard caster, Skreg pretty good as well with some investment

And Crassio can do very high dmg on some bosses as well

They are not so loved, yet they perform much better than many praise.

considering how many people build wilder vastly to get asolyse, sometimes you can see full wilder comp in arena

and full mauler, especially Crassio + Tidus, will obliterate
