Hey there, I'm Phil, I'm 31M from Toronto, Canada. I’ll be going on my first ever solo trip and my first trip to Japan from February 26-March 12.

I’ve never done a solo trip before and it’d be great to meet up with anyone who wants to just go out and explore. Also if anyone has advice on traveling that would be greatly appreciated!

Hey I’m Evan 28M, I’m going almost the exact same dates as you and it’s also my first ever solo trip. I’ll be in Tokyo for a week and then Kyoto the second week so if you’re anywhere near there I’d be down to meet up to hang out or just get some drinks if you want.

Hey Evan, that is similar to my plan as well! first week will be Tokyo with day trips in Yokohama and Kamakura. I'm then heading up to Kanazawa for a couple days. The second week I'll be in Kyoto and making day trips to Osaka and Nara. Very down to get drinks and hang out

Greetings! I’ll be going to Japan on 16-25 February 2026. Will be in Tokyo and Hokkaido.

Anyone want to eat a meal with me at Avatar Robot Café DAWN Ver. β? You're served by teleoperated robots, and you can get a meal for 5500¥. However, when going to book a reservation (they're up 3 months in advance), I was met with “"OriHime Diner" reservations are available for a minimum of two people.”, so while I could go alone and pay for 2, better to bring someone else. The Tele-Barista which I would also like to see is only on Mondays, Wensdays, and Saturdays, so does Feb 25, Feb 28, Mar 2, Mar 4, Mar 9, Mar 11, Mar 18, Mar 21, Mar 23, Mar 25, or Mar 30 work for anyone else?
