also if we end up doing that picnic meetup I believe the workshop is a few minutes away, walking distance

for the picnic meetup - most of the people who gave an answer to the poll choose the 11am at the 30th of october and next would be the 2pm on the 29th

If you are at least 2 people going - each pays around 60€. If you go on your own - you have to pay around 120€
