Pasmo Passport has been discontinued, since August 2024 (and won't be usable, if you get one)

You'll only be able to find them on eBay, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions and occasionally second-hand stores

If you're in the Kansai region - there is a Hello Kitty ICOCA still available
