Okay, not sure if Yokohama requires that much time so maybe Samurai Festival 2025 at Ueno first? and from there make it to Yokohama. Not hard set on this itinerary just an idea. I also tend to walk everywhere.. and more of a wanderer if anything and there is a travel meetup at warp later at night if interested.

Yeah you need to set your expectations low. That's why I was trying to describe it as sifting through trash. I'm currently having hotpot in Beijing with a lovely woman I met from Interpals. It takes effort but it can be worth it. I'm guessing the guy was Turkish or Moroccan gentleman? That's extremely common for women.

Yea, I remember you mentioning. It’s like all apps of similar nature I suppose. I’ve logged out for now bc I kept getting notifications (the app wanted me to turn it on or something or I couldn’t access) I unno? Yea, there was those people and then a Japanese person. I think men and women encounter different challenges (ex. Men might get scammers(as you indicated from your experiences with the whole Texas thing) or bots vs women will get uh.. “sleazy” men?)

Hmm I have never had alerts on but I have the app. But anyway, it isn't for everyone and I completely understand that. If you ever revisit it, I suggest not accepting messages from other and only messaging others first. That way you can control who you interact with. You're absolutely right though about the issues faced by women and men.
