No offense but why would anyone do that. Osaka is already pretty affordable, literally go a tiny bit out of the center and you can get a nice cheap place in like yodogawa. Alternatively get an incredibly shit place. Hoping that you'll find someone and or y'all also will get along is just kinda silly
