It took a lot out of me but I’m also not a hiker. It wasn’t difficult movement required. Like climbing stairs but it’s rocks instead

But it took a lot because it’s a long trip up there. So endurance was more of the issue. My lower body is still sore right now and it’s been 4 days 😂

You should just in case. Everyone is different. I didn’t need the oxygen can but I had one just in case. Also going two days help in adjusting to the height

13th of September - Tokyo 🗼 to Yamadera via Zao Onsen
14th of September - Yamagata to Naruko-onsen via Dewasanzan and Ginza-onsen
15th of September - from Sanriku Fukko National Park to Sendai
16th of September - Sendai to Narita ✈️
