went to Shinjuku sports center, its 400 yen for a day pass, 100 for locker, 400 if u need to rent shoes. Gym is ok, not good but u can get ok workout in.

Dumbells only up to 30kg, 1 smith, squat/power rack, bench. 1 only cable so cant do cable flyes for both pecs at the same time. Some machines and u can do pullups. Also have ok leg machines.
