After that, we'll then probably do a bit more sightseeing in Yokohama before I get back to Shibuya by 6 PM

So that means we'll probably do Yokohama from 11:30 AM till 4-5 PM

Well small park so you can ride everything, probably. We had early entey which helped a lot. Get to the resort side entrance and go for Zokkan first. That one got up to a 2 hour wait.
