Like an actual allergy or just intolerance? Supposedly lots of dairy products here don't have as bad of an effect on lactose I tolerant people as dairy products in western countries. I haven't avoided dairy and I have found I've been better than usual, though that's possibly due to all the extra exercise I'm getting in from walking lol

Should've brought some lactase enzyme pills, I hear they're difficult to get here without a prescription unfortunately, but alternatives do exist
