I think there should be some accommodations still open, depends on where you want to stay though. Maybe look around with google maps or booking.com and see what open for a night or how long you want to stay

dang, yeah my experience with hakone wasn't that great, the onsens weren't that impressive to me either, i've had onsen experience in other countries and my state is home to natural mountain hot springs. it was an experience, but the bus fare go as high as 1400 yen, sucks.

Yeah. I mean, the onsen here was my first and it was pretty nice.
Hotel has breakfast included and it was 160€ for both nights so im totally okay regarding that.
