When you look at other vertebrates' body-heart-brain ratio, effects the length of their life span, and smaller animals can sleep for 5 seconds - couple of minutes at a time that adds up. An exception is that elephants require so much food they can't sleep too much. People who are bigger tend to have more mass, bigger hearts, bigger stomach, big feet big hands etc it all requires more energy to function. Especially when you're exercising, man after a crazy workout I will actually fall into a deep sleep xd They need more food, more water, more everything so why not more sleep?|| Maybe this makes sense maybe not but what do I know I'm a person who's start beliving that the mind is not in fact inside your brain.
