Yes, you can say, it's not safe, it doesn't have a security system and it doesn't go fast, but fuck it, it's still a great project.

you dont have to admire terry to realise that what he did was above and beyond what most people here have done, he didnt just make a kernel and port some gnu stuff, he made the kernel, then he made the entire userland, the entire ui, and he had his own idea of how to make it. a bit unhinged at times, but he had an idea and he stuck to it. The fact that he delivered it, despite his issues and mental state and despite people telling him his idea was crap... that is an achievement and there is something there to improve on, without its creator shouting at you because what you want isnt his goal

implementation is the hard bit, like the people who finally release a game in gamedev
